What sizes do your jars come in?

Whipped butters come in 2 oz (S), 4 oz (M), 8 oz (L) and 16 oz (XL) jars. The actual weight will be less than the jar size due to the whipping and lightness of the product. Larger jars are the best value per ounce.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of $25 and over ship free — and coupons count toward the total.

How do I get 25% off my first order?

My shea butter melted. Is it ruined?

Not at all. Shea butter will liquify if exposed to heat, but the benefits of the product will not be diminished. Store it somewhere cool and it will firm back up.

I have sensitive skin or allergies. What should I do?

As with all products for the body, allergies exist and can have varying reactions. Please test on a small portion of your body and wait 24–48 hours before full use. Full ingredients are listed on every product page.

Are your products good for men?

Absolutely. Our butters are great for men's hair, beards and skin. Pre and post workout, Muscle Relief is an excellent option. Need to relax? Lavender will do the trick. Whipped shea butter also makes a cooling, soothing aftershave.

Which products are best for hair?

Thrive and Thrive-Dark were created for hair and scalp — with castor (or Jamaican black castor) oil and essential oils like peppermint, tea tree, lavender and eucalyptus. Peppermint is a wash-day favorite, too. Our products are perfect for all hair types and skin tones.

Are the "Inspired By" scents designer perfumes?

No — they're our own whipped shea butters infused with body oils inspired by well-loved fragrances. They are our interpretations and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original brands.

What's in the Sampler Pack?

Twenty 5g jars of a variety of our shea butters. The selection depends on what's on hand when packs are put together, so it may vary from the picture — that's part of the fun.

Can I add Shea Cre@tion$ to my phone like an app?
